Project Management

Through engaging Advance Archaeology to manage the cultural heritage component of your project you are ensuring that all the potential risks of the proposed development are mitigated and suitable advice is provided under relevant legislation.

Furthermore, we are able to draw up agreements such as Cultural Heritage Management Agreements (CHMA) and Cultural Heritage Management Plans (CHMP) between stakeholders and ensure that contractual documentation contains relevant information to inform the project as it passes through the various stages of development.

We communicate with all stakeholders for the project, ensuring that all parties are adhering to their requirements under legislation and contractual agreements. In this capacity, we are a neutral party with an interest in assessing the cultural heritage risks of each project and providing ethical and accurate advice to all stakeholders.
